I entered a partnership firm with two other partners mine share was 55% and they were father and son had 25% and 20% respectively unfortunately firm doesn't worked out due to slump in market and with consent of other partners I shifted machinery to my place to cut the fixed cost of rent of building , labour , electricity and water but they put suit against me under section 403 , 417 of ipc . As farther who was partner with 25% refused that he gave his consent in shifting but I have written consent of his son who is partner with 20% . Does document of his son helps me to quash 403 in court . As with mine and his sons consent I had 75% of consent in my hand right know .

The transfer of share in partnership business has nothing to do with the quashing of criminal case.
You have to challenge it purely on merit only.
