My father is selling house as wants to move to Australia with my brother and sister. I am also living in this house for last many years. He has asked me to vacate in 2-3 months. Please let know under which law I can ask for postponing/delaying the sale of house as I need more time to vacate?

There is no such law.

You can't forbid your father from selling his house. There is no legal compulsion for him to allow you to live in his house after you attained the age of majority.

If the house is self acquired property of father, he has right to sell it out.

First of all pl . clarify whether the present residential property is father's self acquired property or ancestral property.

If it is ancestral property then you may claim your share in the property.. and if it is your father's self earned property.. then you don't have any option.
