Condonation of delay application in respect of transfer of shares

Dear Experts,

We are required to file the Application before CLB in respect of the transfer of shares i.e. before Transferor which is belated (somewhere in the year 2012).

Can you please share the drafts thereof ?

CAs are generally not dealing with the CLB. It is CS and advocates who are moreover appearing with the Board.

No type of draft of representation can be valid for acceptance by the concerned company or by the CLB for transfer of shares on belated/expired share transfer deed, except that duly revalidated by the Registar of companies.

Thanking you Dear Sir,

In my case the transferee has paid all money on the basis on Share Transfer Agreement to the Transferor but later on the Transferor has denied to transfer the shares and also denied to return the money.

Therefore, we are planning to take shelter of the CLB for shares transfer then won't it be valid ?
