Rental premises reg

Dear sir kindly tell me there in any risk in future to the owner for the below matter,

I have give my owned premises to somebody ten years back with out any paper (i.e lease or rent agreement)still they are continuing is there any chances that we get risk with them for any claims from us (i.e owner) as they occupied form 10years.

Take steps to get the premises vacated.

You may take the help of a lawyer and proceed legally against the tenants if they do not oblige to vacate the premise on demand.
