i am an Hindu from Tamilnadu. my grandpa had some ancestral land (agriculture)and he had 2 male and 3 female childs. all are born before 1955. 2 females are died. but they have (2 male ) and (1 female )child. Remaing female is my mother . my grandpa died in 2008. my mother have rights in my grandpa's land? thanks

Yes, your mother has a share, she should seek partition through a local prudent lawyer.
