You have to search among the lawyers dealing with the cases in local family court.

Should visit court premises and make discrete inquiry and select as per your case needs and charges demanded.

1. ALL the lawyers get degraded when a Client demands a "Good Lawyer", which in turn means that except one so called "Good Lawyer", ALL the other lawyers are "Idiot /Cheat Lawyers". This a "loser" mentality of such Clients.

2. Lawyers should introspect, and NOT entertain such Clients with "loser mentality", instead of Lawyers demoralising or degrading themselves. The BAR council would do well to give Coat-Badges to its registered Advocates, certifiying "Good Lawyer" or "Idiot /Cheat Lawyers". This will satisfy the such so called Clients.

It also Depends on your Budget you could Find some Senior Advocates who even Charge Rs10 Lakhs Per Hearing in Supreme Courts and If required you could Approach them also.
