Sir i had a accident case(304 A) in past but 2 years back the case was closed with a fine of 10000 rs and now im having a pending compensation case,am I eligible to apply for govt jobs,plz respond to my query

In the given judgement they said we didn't found any guilty so closing with a fine of 10000 and after that my opposition party filed a case in court for money that he needs 2 lacs,so is their any problem to my future jobs,my uncle who is an advocate is saying that this compensation case comes under civil case so no need to worry about this n ur eligible for govt jobs but im getting tensed plz suggest me
