Type of agreement to be entered

sir I have got divorce through AP high court.I agreed to pay my wife Rs 14,00,000 as permanant alimony and they will not initiate any further litigation. However they are refusing to done the process through Lok Adalat. How the agreement is to be entered to make it a legal document and to avoid future troubles.

If high court ordered divorce and also indicated no further litigation is maintainable then it is final

sir they promised that they will not claim any maintenance and approach supreme court and demanding 14 lakh rupees for that. Can I conclude any agreement for the above proposal and if so in what manner

You can very well enter into an agreement specifying the terms and conditions for divorce and the future claims by each other on all aspects concerned with you both.
