Hi,

Please provide the information regarding share transfer as per following:

My Grand Father had some shares around 40 years ago, now after deceased who is the owner of his shares and what is the legal formalities for transferring it.

You say that your grandfather had shares 40 years ago.

That information is irrelevant.

What is relevant is whether at the time of death,he had any shares.

Whether the shares were in physical format or Demat?

If it is in physical form, currently the shares are in whose possession?
