where can be complaint against my advocate

My advocate is in Gudgaon haryana district court is taking care of my labour court case. Since last 2years he is making me fool. Even a summon is not reached to the other party. But he personally met to other party. What should I do.

You can lodge complaint with Haryana Bar Council where he is enrolled as an advocate.

If you have proofs, Lodge complaint to the Punjab & Haryana Bar Council. There are two members from Gurgaon in it.

Meanwhile change your lawyer.
