Recruitment of atc and electronics in aai

i have doubt regarding recruitment of airport authority of india for the post of ATC and electronics. in that notification they mention the eligibility criteria is minimum pass percentage of marks is 60% for all category of people. but i am belong to ST category and my percentage of marks in degree is 59.63% and in post graduation is 67.89%. all other public sector companies giving eligibility criteria for SC/ST candidates is separate that is 50 or 55% but airport authority of india did not giving separate eligibility criteria is it possible to file a case on these recruitment process then how to proceed these type of problems please give me better suggestion and save my life

It seems as if you are interested more in litigation rather than job. They can't ignore the marks obtained in PG degree. However, if interested in filing a case against AAI, forget about your job for atc under AAI.

Apply for the post and if they do not consider / reject your candidature may go to court if desire so.

if i appear for exam and if i cleared the exam then during interview time they will verify certificates so i will not fulfill eligibility criteria then after they will not allow me interview panel please give me suggestion can i appear for exam or not?

If you fail to qualify the eligibility criteria, how do you think that you can write the exams/test for the post? Choice is yours to take risk or not.
