An NRI got POA notarized and attested from Indian consulate for buying a property. The POA holder lives in Delhi but the property is in UP.
1) Can the POA holder get the Adjudication done in Delhi because his residential address is in Delhi or it has to be Adjudicated where the property is located.
2) What is the cost for POA Adjudication in Delhi. POA holder is not a relative.

The Power of attorney deed should be registered before the registrar where the property situate. The POA Agent to be present before the registrar personally, prove himself with his identity documents and get the deed registered after which he can proceed with the transactions intended to do with the property under his agency.
