Hi, kacthi memon are muslims by religion, but
they are goverened under hindu law.
i need to know to what extend hindu law applied to them and moreover any person to whom sharait Act is applied is muslim?

1. The Cuchhi Memons though governed by Shariat Act, the law of Hindu Succession Act applies to them.
