Pre-marriage fraud

I got engaged with a girl in last july and everything was going on fine. We were getting married in upcoming April and this inter-state and inter-caste marriage was taking place without any dowry.
But in November, I came to know that she has been lying about her job and her education from last 1 year. She was out of job and was not doing MBA from IIM Bangalore. Instead she produced fake identity card and report card to convince everyone. I don't have idea whether her parents know about this or not. But when I tried to call off the marriage, her parents threatened to file a dowry case(as far as I know, which can put my parents and brother behind bars), and they may also file a girl's molestation or something.
What to do in such situation?

Consult a Local Good Advocate,Discuss and Issue Notice Regarding Withdrawal of your Engagement with more valid Legal Reasons mentioning about their Threat also marking Copy to Relevant Police Dept and Other Authorities.If they had incurred any Expenses for the Engagement Reimburse it thro your Advocate by way of D/D/.

place it on record that engagement was under on basis of false statements made by your fiancee that she was doing MBA from IIM Bangalore . in said letter /email mention that on discovery of fraud you are calling off the marriage .
