Hello,

I have given my vehicle to someone for a monthly payment but now he is not paying and even not returning vehicle. what to do?

Do you have any written document/agreement to show that you gave ur vehicle to some one for a monthly payment.
U can file a police complaint that my vehicle is stolen without mentioning the name of the person to whom you have given. Then truth will come out.

and if u r powerful enough then take few people along and take back the vehicle to ur place. (if there is some written document for transaction then dont do it)

otherwise u ll have a civil remedy to recover the amount.

That you are the owner cannot be refuted becasue you will have Registration certificate in your name with details of engine No. Chassis no etc.

If you have some document to show that you have hired your vehicle, you can lodge a complaint. The suggestion of Rajeev sounds good.
