I filed a divorce against my wife...my lawyer send a summon to her ...if she not received that summon....then what the court will going to do in that case ????
I gave necessary address proof of her...

Is the court wait for her & how much time give to her???

U have to file affidavit of service that summon is served. If it is properly served or pasted on door if not available then court will accept or ask u to serve again by fresh summon if 7 days are elapsed. Normally court do not pass ex-parte decre.

I already know that ..she not going to receive summon.....that's why i m asked..today she not come.....a fresh summon send to her with reg. post....still not come then ???...what the next step of court in that case ???
Is there any warrant issued against her?????

If despite of due notice through registered post, she do not appear in the case, the court may proceed her ex-parte and may initiate further course of action.

First time me & my wife called by judge.....now any body want to give any suggestion to me....what will happen in first hearing??....what judge says to me or to my wife??
