Notice after sale of property

Dear Sir / Madam

The house property is registered on name of father , the son (Major) has made liabilities at his own interest , the father sold property and after sale of property (Registration is also completed) one of creditor to his son has sent a notice regarding that property cannot buy.

What the poor parents has to do in this case please suggest me they are very old


even the parents have a signed stamped paper by their son saying there is no relation between parents and his own family
(Himself , his wife , his children)

The notice is just throwing a stone - it will yield any result. Your father's sale of property cannot be questioned.

son has no rights on father self acquired property . he can dispose it as he pleases . creditor of son have no claim on said property

There is no issue of worry. The self acquired property has already been sold and the possession has also been deleivered. Ignore such notice completely.

You said that the creditors have issue d notice, then where is the case? First ask him to give a reply notice denying and repudiating the demand properly, after that also if the creditor chooses to go to court, he will be doing so at his own risk, the father need not worry about this.
