Dear Sir/madam,
Please let me know is there any specific name for the income earned by the Real estate agent business?
what is the brokerage income is called as? (which a Real estate agent receive)
eg. Salaried person's income is called as salary income.

Under what income can an real estate agent file is Income tax returns?
Also let me know under what section is this in indian law?

If the income is on salary basis, you file under salary income. If it is on commission basis, you can show the income as consultant.
