Lift usage policy for housing society

Dear Sir

Is there a specific policy for lift useage in the housing societies.

Can there be restriction on movement of furnitures, fridge, washing machines, cupboards etc via lift?

Pls guide.

generally washing machines heavy furniture is not allowed in the lift by societies .

you can frame guidelines for usage in AGM

Once a while , can accommodate., and use lift, if no damage.
