encroachment-get common lane papers from department

My neighbor is trying to encroach common lane by saying his lane of 4x65,we have adjacent property and in centre we have this lane of aforesaid size, I even have marking of common lane in my purchase documents Further He is Asking for Proof, I WANT TO KNOW FROM WHICH DEPARTMENT I CAN GET ORIGINAL PRINTS XEROX State-andhra pradesh,

Is there a procedure for getting Common lane papers from depts??

You get the details from the Mandal Revenue office or panchayat office
