In dv interim maintainence case are all the respondents like father responsibile to pay ...if the husband is unable to pay?

No, only husband is liable to pay. Unless the husband is physically unfit to earn anything he is bound to maintain his wife. Unemployment is no excuse to avoid maintenance.

If husband is unable to pay then definitely other respondents are liable to pay.

As per the provisions of Section 20(6) of the act; On failure of the respondent to make payment of the maintenance order, magistrate shall order employer or debtor of the respondent to directly pay to the aggrieved person or to deposit in the court a portion of the salary or wage due to the respondent. Magistrate can order a lump sum amount also, thus it can be seen that the other respondents namely parents or others do not find place towards liability of payment.
