Reg wife harrashment

Sir I got married in 2009.this was 2nd marriage because my first wife got expired in 2005.I have explained my past to my second wife and their family before marriage.His uncle is also doing job with me. i m having one son (10 yrs)form first wife and second son (3 yrs) with second wife. from starting my wife got frustrated because of her marriage and do not want to stay with me. in 2009 she left me her family also did want to sent back her but due to social pressure and guided by her relative she came back.whenever she went to her home she refused to come back from her home.I requested to her then she came back.Now since last year she stayed with her parent and refused to come back. i requested to her and their family members bt they are blaming for my first wife son and in-Law.they didnot allow me to talk with my son. and informed to forget my son and my wife otherwise they will trap me in DOWRY CASE etc. whereas i didnot take a single penny with them. please guide me how can i save myself and my mother.
