In an acid case police is taking so much time to present the CFL report in the court. On every date from last six months Police ask for more time to submit the CFL report. What remedy is available for me . Police is intentionally delaying the matter.

forensic lab is over burdened with cases . hence delay in obtaining report . draw attention of court to fact that no report submitted although 6 months have elapsed

having sent matter to forensic lab even police is helpless.

Your lawyer can prey the court to ask police to submit report at an early date as it is not presented from last 6 months.
