Election - association - misleading

In the association election which has happened a week ago, they denied the voting rights for few residents naming them as "having due in maintenance". But they have already paid the maintenance to the builder during the purchase of flat.
Since there is a dispute with asociation & builder, the association is not allowing those residents to vote. Had already raised this issue to registrar office in online mode, but no response.
Now the eleciton is over.
Is there any option that I can proceed for which can help to get those residents with their voting rights?

You have to exhaust the remedies with registrar first and if there's no relief then you can approach cooperative court with a suit for injunction to stay the operation of the concluded election and for direction to association to permit the left out members to excercise their rights to vote and direct registrar concerned to organize re election and supervise the same.

You consult the Registrar of Societies and hand in a complaint and if he refuses, make a complaint against the Registrar to his next authority. He will ask and take the right action in the matter.

The status of the complained through RTI Act and the issue could be escalated by bringing the matters to the notice of the higher authorities or by approaching the High Court in Writ Petition with the Registrar as the respondent.

Hi Guys, I filed a complaint at registrar, but the DRO said anything wrt election to be handled at court. Kindly advice.

If the deputy registrar is not entertaining then the next alternative is to approach court.
