Hi,
I hope you remembered myself, before a month i have asked one query.
In my native, there is a problem with my mum by my neighbour... we have given 6 compliants, cops have told my neighbour to change his house, since we are in company quarters.
He never changed his house, last week the whole family including thier child are beat my mum when she is alone and my mothers chain also broken they took that.
We have given compliant to the local cops and they have filed FIR and forward the case to court.
Yesterday my brother have beat that guy, today that guy given the compliant against him.
Now what is the status is my mum didnt get more affects, but he injured and his hand also brocken....
whether the cops will arrest my brother?

yes, police may arrest. Ask him to apply for anticipatory bail.

If you are so much worried and afraid and if things are worse let him apply for anticipatory bail.Police should not involve your mother.Immediately Consult a Lawyer
