What is retainable land under Andhra pradesh state law? Do we need to pay tax for selling retainable land in Andhra pradesh?

You must have beed referring to the Urban land ceiling act. dont you? but you must have been in knowledge that the urban land ceiling act has been repelled. please give me more details so that i can be of any help to you
