Property share for daughter in law

dear sir after 6 years of my marriage and i belong to muslim community my father in law my husband my mother in law and my husband's brother has sold their land and not given me a share now can i claim for that property;s share from the present land owner plz reply me

NO. You being a daughter in law have no right to claim any share in the property of your in-laws.

since your husband has already involved in the said transaction of sale, you being a wife, have no right to claim again.

Dear Mr. Bala Subrahmanyam,

Assume that the son (i.e. husband of the querist) was not involved in the transfer of the property, do you mean to say that the querist would have been entitled to claim her share?
