Dispense with personal appearance

Wife filed Transfer application before High Court to transfer divorce proceeding from one family Court to another.

She filed a stay application along with another application to dispense with her personal appearance.

registry returned the papers for want of provision before High Court?
what is the procedure now?

Why to file application seeking exemption from personal appearance? You know generally no personal appearance is required in such cases by HC so no need to bring this special application there. If filed, the court shall have to pass and order thereon which is not required at all. so file all other documents except this application.

personal attendance is not necessary in the HC. It is very wonder how come your wife's advocate filed an application for dispense.

no no i mean to say wife, the petitioner filoed an application to dispense with her personal appearance before the family court till the disposal of the proceedings before high court
