Insurance company shall deposit the cheque in the name of the MACT which in turn shall issue a voucher in favour of the claimants as per award which in turn shall be got deposited in their respective accounts.
Advocate Ramesh (Expert) 16 November 2013
After giving verdict, the insurance company shall deposit the cheque in the name of MACT. Your mother will file a permission petition in the court to withdraw the amount. After permission petition is passed, your mother will file a cheque petition, then only the court will give amount through cheque in favor of your mother name
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 17 November 2013
The insurance company will issue cheque in the name of claimant and not the Tribunal

U can ask Ur Advocate.
If he don't reply, u can ask others.

because your the motive can be to avoid payment to your Advocate.....so u did't asked him.....
