No. Such private institutions which do not take any help with any Govt. are exempted to disclose any information relating to their firm because such information may affect their business competitiveness.

Hi Mr. Sarvesh K. Sharma,
The central Govt have prescribed Rs. 10/- as application fee and there is no limit and fees for every query has not been paid. Only Rs. fee is being paid. There is no limit and you can ask the desired number of questions with Rs. 10/- only.
The central govt has prescribed Rs 10- as application and Rs 2/- per page created or copied for obtaining inforamtion. However the different state govts have prescribed different fee rules. The application fee varies from Rs 500/- in Arunachal Pradsh to fee fo cost at Village level in Andhra Pradesh. Similarly, some state levy fee for filing appeal, wheress it is fee in most of the states.
