Accident death case

Hello ,

An accident happened with my car and scooter in 2011. Scooter driver died after a month. The case came in court after 6 month.
Every month i am going for hearing and each time court gives a date for next month . Do this is regular procedure of the court or do my advocate is not handling the case properly .Actually there was no witness for this case but police had made son of the scooter driver as witness and my lawyer tells me that witness not came , so the case is getting postpone .

Please suggest me what should i do make this case faster .

Regarding the claim

At the time accident i had valid driving licence and car was insured . Do i am liable to pay any compensation or insurance company will pay .

insurance company is liable to pay if License & all other documents are valid at the time of incident

Take a direction from high court to decide the with in time as this is summon trial case!

It is only 2 years since the incident. Such cases take lot of time. Have patience.

Over burdened judicial process takes time in deciding the cases. You should have patience. If the documents are valid the claim would be paid by the Insurance Company.
