About self cheque

my staff stole my cheque that i already filled pay self Cheque with my sign on the front without my sign on back and this person submitted this to the bank and put 2,00000 amount and get escaped what should i do

If cheque had been stolen than lodge FIR against that person in Police Station.

If it is really a theft case, you must act upon the advice of Shri Bhartesh Goyal. Bank cannot own any liability on payment of a bearer cheque.

One does not have to wait for some expert for lodging FIR for any theft and encashing of cheque which could be considered as breach of faith by the employee who had been entrusted with the cheque for bringing cash from bank but he did not return after encashing and fled with money
