WHAT ARE THE MAIN KEY POINTS WHILE STARTING ANY BUSINESS ?
I WISH TO CARRY-OUT MY BUSINESS WITH GARAGE FIELD AS I AM AN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING GUY.
WHAT POINTS TO TAKE CARE OF WHILE PURCHASING THE LAND FOR MY GARAGE ?
AND ALSO I WISH THAT I MAY TRAIN ENGINEERING STUDENTS WHILE SHOWING THE WORKING OF AUTOMOBILE MACHINES ETC ETC.....
SO PLEASE I REQUEST TO ENLIGHTEN ME WITH YOUR ESTEEMED GUIDELINES.

If you are able to purchase the land you should purchase it in your name.

First you have to start you garage to attract customer and earn goodwill. You may change it in partnership or otherwise when you are able to attract good business.

Your degree will be much helpful in your work but marketing skill is essential to run any business.
