Sir what is the scope of labour law as a career point of view in private company for law graduate?

there ful velue of labour law in private sector,with labour law if management course is also there then u can get menagement job like law officer.

the factories etc need a labor welfare officer and the person's holding degree or diploma in the subject are eligible for it.

Labour laws are to be adhered by every companies, hence, they appoint an individual who is qualified in Labour Laws as compliance officer/legal adviser/legal manager. Besides this, certain HR consultants do engage their services. It's a good field in career point of view, too.
