i wanna in a matter that the respondant having a knowledge of defence without my. wt i can do.
sir also that in the 420 of ipc at the stage of wbp wt we can do.

Prosecution and accused have same legal rights in trial. It is not your mercy to hide your defence/points. after all accused has to rebut all those points/your defence and if the guild is proved beyond any reasonable doubt, only then he is liable for the consequences.riven

Mr. Raj is right.the accused has every right to defend him. he has a right to receive information about each and every charge framed against him, he has aright to receive the copies of the case with the statement of the witnesses & other documents like medical certificate etc free of cost. if an accused has no capacity to engage a lawyer in his case, the State must appoint a lawyer of his chaise, in its own expense to defend the accused.riven
