First you have to know whether -
your father or mother (though not left any will) have gifted the property in favour of anybody.

If they have not given away their property by way of gift, then -

you and your two brothers have equal share in whatever property that your father and mother have left behind.

You have also to know whether your mother's mother had left any WILL or had gifted her property to anybody.

In case your mother's mother had not written any WILL or given any GIFT, then your mother will be entitled to equal share along with other brother(s) and sister(s).

Once your mother gets her share, then in that you and your brothers will have equal share.

Agree with reply of Mr.Anirudh.

If your father ,mother ,or your grand mother did not transfer their properties in any manner in their life time and died intestate
then your share in all properties is 1/3.

But it is reiterated as Mr. raj kumar says, why you repeated it?
