i am physically disabled person i need scribe & extra time to write my examination. are there any rules of central legislation in this respect. i have visited sites of U.G.C & MHRD but found nothing. is there any link to rules please help. My college is acting hostile & not allowing me these facilities. I study@ H.N.B Garhwal University B.S.M College of Law

similarly institute of chartered accountabts , company secretary , UPSC all provide extra time
