my name is nitesh . last few year my wife stay at her mothers home, she dont want to came back at my home, every time she have some problem 1st she have problem with my sister, my sister goes married, then she have problem with my big sister's son 11yr old, he study hear, my big sister take her son to home, my she have problem with my mother and father, she want i leave my mother and father ( they have no income) , now she say some new she wants new home , and i dont have so-much of money for that , bcs i strat my bigness. so there is lost of money problem, and i have already one my fathers home , so there is no need for that ,
now she say she is not come back till i purchase home for her,
i dont know i do.....
plz give some advice to she come in line and next time dont do this type of problem for me ..

Try to bring her back with the help of the your community elders, inspite of it if she didn't agree then issue legal notice to come to live with you. Family matters are very sensitive so take steps carefully.

At first try your best as suggested by Rajeev Sir through relatives. If she doesn't agree issue a Emotional Notice, explaining your all problems, using soft words rather than harsh and legal threatening, and request her to answer.
