you dont need case law for filing of medical bills . you can rely upon all documents to prove your case

No need for citation. File Original medical bills with your List of Documents claimant rely upon.

Bills are not perse-admissible documents so it is better to call the seller if drugs with his record to compare the bills so that those may be exhibited.

Legally there is no need even to get those bills exhibited rather if those are marked then also those shall be duly considered by MACT.
