Dear Sir/Madam,

Mere village me gs jammen se hokar ek rasta mere ghar tak aata tha. Jisake ek taraf khet hai aur dusari taraf ek makan hai jisaka kuchh portion GS jammen me hai aur kuchh khali GS jammen ko boundary banakar kabbja kiya hua hai.

Jo sadak mere ghar aa raha thi use jisaka khet hai unhone use CRO se order karwa kar tod diya hai.


Aur makan wale ne high court me request kar k GS jammen ko apane nam karane aur usake badale me penality jama karane ki apil ki aur high court ne nirdesh diya hai hai ki agar o jameen agar aam rasata na ho ya talab ya ghur ghadda na ho to inake nam pe karane ka vichhar kiya jaye. Legpal ne galat tarike se report laga kar ke o jammen unake nam par kiya aur Rs.70000/- ki penality gram sabha ke a/c jama karawa diya

Usake bad hamane CRO ke office me darkhash diya aur CRO ne jameen ki ragistry pe stay laga diya hai

Isi raste se lagi hui kuchh GS land mere ghar ke samane bhi hai.


1. Kaya mughe wahan se phir rasta mil payega ki nahi ?

2. Mughe aur kaya agala kadam uthane chahiye ?

aapko diwani nyayalye main ek waad parstut karna chahiye taki jis raste ka aam itne varsho se upyog karte chle aa rhe hain vohi rakha jaye aur usko band na kiya jaye. isko easement kehte hain.

aap apne easementary rights ke liye lad sakte hain aur tab tak stay order bhi le sakte hain. local commsiion bhi aapoint krana chahiye taki moke ki sthiti samne aa ske.
