Regular bail

Sir,
We were having Interim Bail. On the day Police filed Charge Sheet, Surity Bond was submitted before Court & accepted. Are not we supposed to get Courts document granting us regular bail? Our Lawyer says "there is no such document going to be given by court, as no one is going to come for arresting you".

(a) Is this contention of lawyer correct?

(b) If not, how to get the apprropriate 'Regular Bail' Document from Court?

Your advocate is right. There is no separate document for regular bail.
Do not distrust your lawyer every time.

Your advocate is absolutely correct.
Still if you want the document, get the certified copy of order sheet and bail bond and keep it with you, which no body has still made.
