Wht is the processors of filing the suit & fir of criminal tresspass.how much court fees attached with the suit

u can file a case u/s-156(3) before ACMM for crminal tresspass and rs. 5/- court fee stamp is required with ur complaint before ACMM.

Inform the nearest Police Station about the offence. Police will register the complaint for offence punishable under section 441 of Indian Penal Code. If the Police Station Officer does not register your complaint, then you can send the substance of the complaint in writing to the Suprintendent of Police. Even if the actions are not taken by the Police against the culprit, you can directly file the complaint against the culprits before the Judicial Magistrate First Class stating the facts in the complaint and annexing all the documents.
