Misuse of women rights by a women

Dear Expert,
My brother's wife is misusing her women rights.She has filed a case against my family and also said that i tease her, i kiss her and tried to rape her.Summon will come after a month to my house and I am working in New Delhi. My hometown is in U.P.She is a bundle of LIE.She got married with my brother in 2010.Even she is not compatible with my brother too. She has got every thing positive in terms of law in her side. "Mahila Ayog" will listen to her statement only.Her family and brother is supporting her action.What to do? Please give me a right direction to take action against her.I am desperate for your help.

Take care to be away from her.
If your brother support her in harassing you and your family, the intention must be different// separate residence or property//
Find out her motives behind saying you kiss her.
Bless God, she did not say u RAPED her !!
