sir , i had done agreement with a pvt . ltd . company as a super distributor of thier brand for my district in. april 2012.
but company cheated me.they do the billing to other party in my area by approaching directly without any agreement till date for nearly 2 crores ..
what should i di!

Do you have any agreement with them regarding exclusive referral to you.
If yes then file civil suit for damages. You can pray for injunction as well.

If there is Arbitration clause in the agreement then explore your reliefs before the Arbitrator only.
