I have notarized my will 3 yrs. ago, is it better to register the will. What is better option ? In what way registering a Will be beneficial or it will make no difference? Can I register the same Will which is notarized ? Is it necessary to disclose my medical health condition with Doctors proper certificate if I am suffering from disease like cancer & have a short period in hand.

registration is optional . it is however advisable to register a will .
registration helps in beneficaries receiving bequests as per your instructions .even if original will is lostor delibertely misplaced certifed copy can be obtained from registrar office
always get will drafted to avoid legal complications later . not necessary to mention that you are suffering from cancer . what is important is that you must be on sound mind and able to take decisons of bequeathing your property .

Though the registration of a will is optional of a party but if it is registered ,it adds to its authenticity.Pargat Singh v Aas Kaur,1997(3)Civil LJ 232 (P&H).
