Is it possible to start taking kyc update from Existing Tenant and would be tenant.In mumbai under maharshtra tenants law

You do not keep identity papers of the tenants and one day some terrorist will occupy your house and conduct activity. Then you will be told of all the section in written form with facility of free borading and lodging for few days.
