A bundle of purely academic queries!

Mr. Vinod may like to note that the experts here are expected to solve personal problems of the querists. They are not supposed to conduct academic classes to answer student like questions.

mr dhingra if you do not know the answer then please do not give vague comments . it seems that you are not a proffessional lawyere /expert .

Mr. Vinod

Your question, itself is vague as you don't know that if some one votes at one place, his finger is marked with indelible ink. After voting at one place, if he reports at another place for voting he can easily be detected and can be sent to the police custody. Enrollment at two places cannot always be attributed to the individual.

Your question, itself reveals as if you want to harass someone out of your revenge. So, don't think that I would come forward to help you by replying your vague question when that clearly indicates some malafide on your part.

mr dhingra , i don't need extra comments from an unproffessional and duffer like you who claims to be the expert .

Thanks for the compliments, rather terming me a duffer.

First of all, you can't restrain me when you have posted your question in open forum, which is open for all to reply or not to reply. It is not your sweet will to restrain any one from posting his opinion. Rather, it is the sweet will of the members to post his reply or not.

2ndly, if you don't know even the very basic thing about a person not able to cast his vote second time on account of indelible ink mark on his finger, not only all your queries become vague, rather you can imagine yourself as to who can be a duffer.

If you really want to know more about election processes, you may better purchase "the Representation of the People Act, 1950" and for more details "the Representation of the People Act, 1951," and go through that to gain knowledge.
