Record of revenue department as well as all other concerned department of that property for last 20 years.

take 30 years title search of the property .

appoint an advocate to take search . based on title search certificate issued by lawyer decide whether to purchase property or not .

find out whether property is agircultural or NA . whether property taxes paid or not
