Wine shop

Is there any law in India tht the wine shop in any locality can be closed?
If yes plz explain the procedure.

contact your state excise authorities if you want wine shop license in particualr state . well you cnat open a wine shop near school , hospital , place of worship

I'm sorry I think u've misunderstood my question. Well I want to say that there is a wine shop and I want to close it is there any possibility

there should be valid reason under law for ur intention to close a wine shop which is running thro"licence( i believe so )....however u have to contact with ur district excise authority first and lodge ur complaint,then the concerned deptt/administration will enquire the matter....(.)
