Quary for sanad

I have right now completed my LLB. i have confused that is there any difference between SANAD and Certificate of practice or both are same.

And right now what is the procedure for getting SANAD?

SANAD is given by State Bar Council on payment of prescribed Fees for that. There after one is entitled to Practice Law. Certificate of practice is Sanad. Both are same.

Registration in bar Council of any state means you have a SANAD for practice. Urdu word SANAD means a written evidence of a fact.
